Thanks for stopping by! Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. In fact, my first big “artist moment” happened in the first grade, when I won a ten-speed bike in the Kellogg’s Stick Up for Breakfast Poster Contest. I have loved creating art ever since.

My journey took me through a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Communication with a Business Minor, plus an Associate’s Degree in Desktop Publishing. My career started in the paper industry, designing colorful disposable party ware, converting artwork for flexographic printing, and creating website graphics. 

Over the years, I’ve freelanced as a graphic designer, yet I’ve found myself drawn back to fine art. My style drifts from realistic to whimsical, and I love exploring all kinds of mediums, though gouache will always have my heart. I see art as more than decoration. Art is an element that elevates a space, infusing it with character, emotion, and a quiet kind of magic.

These days, my home is Michigan. I paint full time at Trail East Studio. I stay rooted in the belief that art made by humans will always matter and perhaps these days it matters even more!
